John Nieto is popular for his "Native American" artwork. He has had exhibits all over the country and beyond. The title of his work seen here, "Powerful Medicine", he says provides personal power and mystique of the bear and has for many, inspired special customs and attitudes toward the bear in the natural order, and applies more as an endearment and respect to a magnificent creature.
